Anyone who works inside a Cell: opening shells, running agents or recording findings. People who only read project records, review findings or download reports are viewers and are not charged.
No. Agents are not billed as seats. You connect your own agent provider, so model usage is billed by that provider under its own terms.
You keep your project records and exports. If you move to Team within 30 days of the pilot ending, the pilot fee is credited against your first year.
We treat this as a fit conversation, not a packaged offer. Tell us what must stay in your environment and we will be clear about what is supported and what needs qualifying.
